Travel Options and Fees

Camp Nageela Midwest offers transportation to/from Chicago O’Hare Airport and Chicago Midway Airport on the first and last day of each session.

 

There is no additional fee for this service.

Flights 

Flights are not included in camp fees.

Payments

A $500 deposit is due for campers applying for full session, $250 for campers applying for half sessions, and $200 for the SIT and Discover programs. For campers attending full session that will be requesting financial aid, there is an option of a reduced deposit rate of $250.

 

All deposit fees are credited towards the overall camp tuition.

Most first-time campers attending the full 4 week session are eligible for a first-time camper incentive grant of up to $1000, regardless of financial need. These funds are sent directly to Camp Nageela Midwest and will be deducted from any camp tuition balance once we receive confirmation of the application.

Financial Aid

Camp Nageela is committed to making Jewish Summer Camp a reality for all Jewish children and teens. Our Board of Directors and Camp Scholarship Committee are firmly committed to working with every family to make camp affordable.

 

We work with many synagogues, temples and federations and help families access grants and scholarships that can contribute greatly to their overall fee. Please contact us for more information

Payment Plans

Camp Nageela offers 4 options of payment plans when completing the camper applicaiton

1. Pay in full at the time of processing

2. Enroll in auto monthly equally divided payments on the 15 of every month through May 15, beginning next month.

3. Enroll in 3 payments equally divided between the time of registration and May 15.

4. Receive a monthly invoice by email and submit payment on your own at any time. Please remember all payments are due by May 15.

 

Discounts

Camp Nageela Midwest offers a $250 referral credit for each new camper referred. The new camper must identify the referring family for the credit to be issued. Campers referred during the Early Bird registration period will be awarded a $500 credit.

 

Families with more than one child attending camp are eligible for a $100 sibling discount for each additional child that attends.

All returning campers receive a $100 discount off the 2-week session tuition or $200 off the full session tuition. 

Camp Nageela Midwest also receives a grant through Partners in Torah where parents can receive up to $250 for completing a 14 week Judaic learning course by phone 
($175 if one parent joins, $250 for both).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations through March 15 will receive all funds returned minus a $100 processing fee. After March 15 there are no refunds.

 

Please contact us with any questions. Please note that all early bird registrants that cancel will be charged an additional $50 swag fee in addition to any (or no) other fees.
